As your first introduction to our dental practice, you can expect professionalism, courtesy, and compassion. We’re here to serve you and your family and provide the highest level of dental care – from the time you check in until the time you’re on your way home.

Patient Appointments


It is our primary goal to arrange the appointment that best fits into your schedule. By offering this commitment to your convenience we work together to remain on time for each appointment and minimize the typical delays.

Our appointment guidelines include:
•  A 48-hour cancellation policy
•  A flexible schedule for emergencies, whenever possible
•  Assessing missed appointment fees only because of negligence
•  We will work with unexpected illness or unforeseen circumstances on a case-by-case basis.


Insurance & Patient Co-payments


For new patients or existing patients with new forms of health insurance coverage, please review your policy to determine a) whether you have dental coverage at all and b) the level of coverage, co-payments, and annual maximum deductibles.

When all parties are educated on the level of coverage we can maximize those benefits for optimal family coverage and the maintenance of good oral health.

For new patients and patients with new coverage, here are a few suggestions to expedite your care:
•  Provide insurance information 2 business days prior to treatment
•  Keep us notified of any changes in your coverage
•  Let us know if you're changing jobs or companies

The best way for us to begin or continue providing you the highest quality of dental care is through good communication practices.

If you’re not sure the extent of your coverage, call our office for assistance.

As a special note for new patients: Please have your dental records sent to us prior to your first appointment. Discuss with your former dental office how long this transfer might take.

Financial Policy


We make every effort to offer payment options to our patients. For convenience, we offer accept the following credit cards:
•  Visa
•  MasterCard
•  American Express
•  Discover
•  We also can provide payment options through Care Credit www.carecredit.com.

To discuss insurance payments and reimbursements, as well as when payments are due, please contact our office.

Consultations


We understand the necessity for a second opinion when it comes to certain dental treatments. We encourage our existing patients to seek a second opinion for their own education and peace of mind.

We are also available to provide a second opinion to potential clients to see if we can better serve you in your needs for good oral hygiene.
